Description​

Allows you to create and modify a Document Validation action type in Action Center and pause the workflow until the validation task is completed.

Configuration​

Designer panel​

  • Classified data - The Classification result, output of the Classify Document activity, is required for validation.
  • Action title - Title of the action, as appearing in Action Center.

Action properties

  • Action priority - Priority of the action. You can choose between Low, Medium, High, or Critical. The default value is Medium.
  • Orchestrator folder - Orchestrator folder where the action will be available.
  • Action catalog - Catalog where the action will be available in Action Center. Click Manage catalogs to go straight to Action Center and manage your catalogs.
  • Orchestrator bucket (Preview) - Orchestrator bucket to push the documents and data required for creating the tasks.

Properties panel​

Output

  • Document Data - Validated classification data, containing the changes performed by the user in Classification Station. This output variable is generated automatically. You can use it as it is, or save with a different name.

Other

  • EnablePageReordering - If set to True, allows you to reorder document pages inside the Classification Station, by drag and dropping the pages in the desired order.
