Description​

Waits for a new task to be created in the selected task list and resumes the workflow.

Configuration​

  • Google Tasks connection - The connection for the Google Workspace account to use in the activity.
  • Task list - Browse to select a task list. Use the docs image icon to browse through available lists or use the See moredocs image button menu to switch to other input modes:
  • URL or ID - Supports String type input.
  • Use Variable - Supports TaskItem variables.
  • Full path - Supports String type input.
  • Select the Reload tasks option if you've updated your tasks and need to retrieve the latest data.
  • Filter - Configure additional criteria to check on the created task.

Additional properties

Output

  • Task - The created task.
  • Job Data - Contains job info, such as Process name, Process version, Workflow name, Robot name, and mode of execution.
