Description​

Executes an automation workflow when someone replies to a calendar event in the selected user's calendar.

Scopes​

This activity requires the following scopes:

  • Calendars.Read

OR

  • Calendars.Read.Shared

OR

  • Calendars.ReadWrite

OR

  • Calendars.ReadWrite.Shared

Configuration​

  • Microsoft Outlook 365 connection - The connection for the Microsoft 365 account to use in the activity.

  • Additional filters - Click this field to open the Filter builder and add additional filters for the query. Supports filtering on the following fields: BCC, Has the words, CC, Categories, Date and time, Attachment name, From, Subject, To, Labels.

  • Calendar - The calendar for the events. If not indicated, the user's default calendar is used. Click the Folder docs image icon to browse through available calendars. This field supports IResource input. Supports shared calendars.

Additional options​

Output

  • Event - The replied event, stored in an O365EventItem variable. Automatically generated output variable. You can use it as it is or save it with a different name. You can use this in other activities.
  • Job Data - Contains job info, such as Process name, Process version, Workflow name, Robot name, and mode of execution.
