Callouts offer the ability to create a seamless user journey for applications and web pages, by offering additional information for a specific UI element, or deciding the outcome of the journey, based on the user's interaction with a callout. With the help of event triggers, you can fire an action based on the fields or buttons that the user interacts with inside a callout, and further personalize the journey.
