Upcoming deprecation: Healing Agent preview release

If you are on an Enterprise plan, currently using the Healing Agent preview release with any of the listed packages in the table, you are required to upgrade to one of the supported generally available (GA) versions by November 1, 2025.

After this date, the Healing Agent Orchestrator Jobs panel will cease to function, and will be disabled.

Upgrading Healing Agent

Using one of the activity packages containing the Healing Agent preview release, take the following steps:

  1. In Studio, open the project using the Healing Agent preview release.
  2. Upgrade the UIAutomation.Activities package to any of the versions containing the Healing Agent GA release.
  3. Redeploy the process.
  4. Configure Healing Agent at the process/job level.
  5. Restart the job.
  6. Repeat for each project using the Healing Agent preview release.

Healing Agent available for self-serve trial

If you are on the Flex Enterprise licensing plan and do not already own the Healing Agent add-on, you can start a free 60-day trial. This will allow you to evaluate how Healing Agent can help decrease your automation total cost of ownership by boosting UI automation resilience and minimizing maintenance efforts.

You will receive 200 heals per month for the full duration of the trial.
