Bug fixes

Previously, when using the Time range filter for Real-time Monitoring dashboards and not selecting the date, the field was not highlighted, even though the Start date field is mandatory in the filter. This is now fixed and the Start date field is now highlighted with red if not configured when using the Time range filter for Real-time Monitoring dashboards.
