About the Salesforce Agentforce & Flows connector

This Salesforce Agentforce & Flows connector provides support for invoking Salesforce agents and flows in the UiPath platform through UiPath Maestro™.

Salesforce configuration​

To use this connector, you must first follow the steps described in Salesforce setup for the Agentforce & Flows connector.

Authentication​

You must establish a connection with your Salesforce Agentforce & Flows instance. Step-by-step instructions are available in the Salesforce Agentforce & Flows authentication page.

Events​

The Salesforce Agentforce & Flows connector supports events via polling. For details, refer to Salesforce AgentForce & Flows events.

The supported events are available only in Maestro.

Activity package​

You can use the connection to enable the following Salesforce AgentForce & Flows activities:

  • End Session
  • Execute Salesforce Agent
  • Insert Record
  • Delete Record
