About the SAP Cloud for Customer Connector
SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) is a cloud CRM that enables sales representatives to interact with customers in more meaningful ways and develop strong personal connections that allow for improved engagement across all the communication channels.
SAP Cloud for Customer (Legacy) is also available in the connector catalog. This is an outdated connector that doesn't support all objects or events. To get the latest updates and support for all objects and events, use the new SAP Cloud for Customer connector.
This connector is built by UiPath and receives official support selectively. The connector supports a limited set of commonly used APIs for the target application and may cover most typical use cases. Also, they are retained in a stable state until the requirements for a new version release are met. Learn more
