Processes

The Processes tab provides a cross-folder view of all processes available in your Orchestrator environment. From here, you can quickly identify, filter, and manage processes across different locations.

Viewing processes

The page displays a list of processes in a table with the following columns:

  • Name: the name of the process.
  • Type: the type of process (for example, RPA, Agent, App).
  • Source: the origin of the process.
  • Version: the version of the process.
  • Description: a short description of the process.

Use the Search field at the top of the page to quickly find a specific process by name.

You can also use the Type filter to narrow down results based on the process type. The available options include:

  • RPA
  • Agentic process
  • Agent
  • App
  • Testing
  • API
  • MCP Server
  • Business Rules
  • Case Management
  • Flow

Managing processes

For each process, the following actions are available:

  • View process: opens the process details view.
  • Edit process: opens the Edit Process page, where you can modify the selected process configuration.
