Resetting credentials for a machine (for Manual pools)
If you forgot the administrator credentials for one of your machines in a Manual pool, you can set a new username and password.
- Go to Tenant > Machines.
- At the right of the pool row, click More Actions and select Add or manage VMs.
- On the Manage Cloud Robot - VM page, at the right of the machine row, click More Actions and select Reset Admin Account.
- On the Reset Admin Account page, define a new username and password for the administrator account of the machine. The old credentials will no longer work after the reset.
- Click Update.
