What is new​

Process Insights (preview)​

The Process Insights dashboard provides an overview of anomalies and deviations, and shows how they impact your KPIs. Unusual patterns in process flows, such as unexpected handovers between team members, excessive delays in activities, or abnormal workload distribution are automatically identified. This allows you to quickly pinpoint areas that deviate from the standard process, enabling faster identification of inefficiencies, compliance risks, or potential operational issues.

Improvements​

Thresholds​

  • When a threshold is defined for a metric that is added as a KPI on a KPI values list chart and KPI trends list chart, the threshold is now automatically enabled for the chart.
  • You can now create and edit thresholds when selecting a metric as a KPI for a KPI values list charts or a KPI trends list chart.
  • Defined threshold values are now displayed when hovering over the threshold value in the KPI chart.

Mapping input fields​

The Autodetect option identifies field types in the input file and automatically applies the detected field types to the corresponding fields in the target table.
