Automation potential dashboard
The Automation potential dashboard can be used to find automation opportunities in the process.
KPIs
The following table describes the KPIs that are displayed on the Automation potential dashboard.

| Automation rate |
The percentage of automated events in the end-to-end process. |
| Straight through processing |
The percentage of traces that do not require any manual operations. |
| Total manual time |
The total time spent on manual tasks for the end-to-end process. Note: A task is considered manual if it is performed through Action Center. |
| Total automated time |
The total time of automated events for the end-to-end process. |
Automation rate
The Automation rate history chart allows you to monitor trends and changes in the percentage of automated events over time.
Straight through processing
The Straight through processing chart allows you to monitor the percentage of traces that do not require any manual operations over time.
Traces and Tasks
Traces
The Traces tab displays the number of traces for the different variants that do not require any sort of manual intervention and are performed automatically.
You can use this information to compare the automated variants to the manual variants using Compare in the Summary dashboard.
Tasks
The Tasks tab allows you to monitor the number of automated events for the different tasks of the process.
