Conformance - Four Eyes

Introduction​

Conformance – Four eyes can be used to analyze whether there are cases which have four eyes violations.

What is four eyes violation?​

A case has a four eyes violation if two or more of the selected Four eyes activities are performed by the same person. For example, if one person performs the activity Check contract conditions and Check received invoice in the same case

Conformance - Four Eyes dashboard​

The Conformance – Four eyes dashboard displays information on who has violated the four eyes principle and the cases in which the four eyes principle is violated.

By default, the dashboard is empty since no Four eyes activities are selected. Select at least two Four eyes activities to make the dashboards visible.
