Conformance - Reference Model

Introduction

Conformance – Reference model can be used to see to what extend the process conforms to the reference model and to analyze the number of cases that conform to the ideal process.

Selecting reference models within a process graph allows you to set one or more of the predefined process models as a reference. The selected models define the happy path.

When you select a reference model the process graph has changed color. The blue activities are part (conform) of your reference model while the orange activities (additional) are not. In other words, blue denotes what you expect to happen, where orange indicates undesired traces.
