Scheduled downtime for Permission Management in UiPath® Task Mining
UiPath Task Mining has an upcoming scheduled maintenance that will temporarily impact your ability to set tenant-level permissions within the Task Mining service.
The scheduled maintenance will apply to the Europe, United States, Singapore, and Japan tenant regions between September 11, 2023 and September 17, 2023 (inclusive) in Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-7).
During this maintenance window, the Manage access tab in the top navigation bar on the Task Mining homepage is disabled and you cannot set or change tenant-level permissions. When hovering over the Manage access tab, a message is displayed "Migration is in progress. Manage Access is disabled temporarily". After the maintenance window, Manage access will be enabled and you can edit your tenant-level permissions again, but the change will no longer apply to legacy Unassisted Task Mining projects.
Make sure to assign or remove users for the Administrator or Project Creator role before the scheduled maintenance.
During the maintenance window, you can still set or modify project-level permissions within the Share page of your Assisted Task Mining project or the Team page of your Unassisted Task Mining project.
