Recorder actions bandwidth

There is a limit of 50 GB bandwidth usage for each tenant per day (UTC timezone day). This is enforced at Azure API Management (APIM) level. This roughly translates to a maximum of 50,000 actions uploaded per day. Depending on the screen resolution and whether the screenshots contains an image or just text, this number can be rather different.
