Confirm your data region settings
Feature availability depends on the cloud platform that you use. For details, refer to the Feature availability page.
When UiPath identifies that your organization's or tenants' data may not be in the intended region, a Confirm Region Settings panel appears in the Admin area of your organization. Use this procedure to review and confirm where your data should reside. Submitting the form does not trigger any immediate changes, migrations, or downtime. When a migration is required, it involves a 4-hour downtime window.
Prerequisites
- You have the Organization Administrator role for your Test Cloud organization.
- The Confirm Region Settings panel is visible on your organization's Admin page. If the panel is not visible, your organization has no pending region confirmation requests.
Steps

Go to Admin in the navigation.

In the left panel, select your organization name. The Confirm Region Settings panel appears on the right side of the page.

In the Organization section, review the Current Data region shown for your organization.

From the Intended Data region dropdown for your organization, select the region where your organization's data should reside.

In the Tenants section, review each tenant listed. For each tenant, review the Current Data region and select the correct Intended Data region from the dropdown.
noteTenants marked Needs Migration have a discrepancy between their current and intended regions. Tenants not shown in the form are already in the correct region and require no action.

After reviewing all organizations and tenants, select Submit to send your region preferences to UiPath.
Result
Your region preferences are submitted to UiPath for review. No immediate changes occur to your organization or tenant data. The UiPath team reviews your submission and contacts you directly to coordinate any required migration steps. The timeline and scope of any migration depend on service availability and scheduling.
