New and improved platform audit experience
The new audit logging experience in Test Cloud is now generally available (GA) and serves as the default and only interface for tracking user and system activity across organization and tenant services. This updated experience provides a centralized, standardized, and scalable way to monitor key events in your organization.
What's new
The latest improvements to audit logs introduce a streamlined, more powerful experience for administrators:
- Unified audit interface available directly in Admin > Audit logs.
- A unified audit interface is now available in Admin > Audit Logs page, giving administrators a single location to review activity across organization- and tenant-level scopes.
- Platform services such as identity, directory sync, user/group management, and licensing are already onboarded.
- Additional first-party services (FPS) are being progressively integrated into the same centralized view. For the time being, the first GA-ready services include Apps, Data Fabric, Document Understanding, Integration Service, Test Manager, Licensing, Automation Ops, Access policy management, Authorization with more to be made available in preview.
- Multi-scope visibility:
- Organization-level logs: capture platform administrative operations, such as identity, group, and organization management.
- Tenant-level logs: include platform operations plus actions from first-party services (FPS) like Orchestrator and Automation Hub.
- Advanced filtering by user, category and action, status, IP address, and free-text search in event descriptions.
- Infinite scroll to streamline event review, with no pagination.
- Export filtered data to CSV via the UI or API:
- Up to 100,000 rows
- Data from the past 90 days
Why it matters
The new audit log experience helps administrators:
- Investigate user actions and changes across platform and tenant services.
- Meet compliance and audit-readiness requirements with structured, filterable logs.
- Export events for integration with external tools and long-term retention.
How to access it
To access the new Audit Logs interface, take the following steps:
- Go to Admin > Audit Logs
- Use the scope selector to switch between organization and tenant logs
- Apply filters or export data as needed

Upcoming updates to outbound IP ranges
AI Trust Layer - Bring your own LLM
We are expanding our list of outbound IP ranges for the Bring your own LLM option, with the enablement of new values coming into effect from January 26, 2026. To avoid disruptions, you must update your firewall configuration with the newly added values from the Upcoming outbound IP ranges before the specified date.

Test Cloud portal
We are extending the effective date for the new outbound IP ranges for Test Cloud portal to January 26, 2026. Please make sure to update your firewall configuration with the upcoming outbound IP ranges before the new effective date to avoid any disruptions.

What's new in Context Grounding
Improvements
The Context Grounding tool in Agents now supports a Query/Prompt field for all search strategies. You can provide a static value or reference an agent argument that will be resolved at runtime. This allows you to deterministically control what the search strategy uses, rather than relying on the agent to infer it automatically. The Query field is available for Structured and Semantic search strategies, while the Prompt field applies to the DeepRAG strategy.
When using contexts for agents, you can now scope semantic and structured searches to specific folders. This improvement enables more precise context retrieval by limiting searches to folder paths. Folder scoping is ideal for use cases where data is organized into subfolders, allowing agents to search only within the relevant context.
We added support for scheduled ingestions, allowing you to automate data ingestion at regular intervals without manual triggers.
Bug fixes
We fixed some backend issues, resulting in faster ingestion times, especially for advanced ingestion.
